  I will never come back to this branch again due to poor customer service. One of the Asian staff members was unhelpful - whenever I asked a question, she would simply respond with 'I don't know,' 'I'm not sure,' or 'Pardon, I can't hear you.' If you have a hearing problem, I suggest you see a doctor; otherwise, it's just plain annoying

  I can’t recommend Anabella Ng from Westpac bank, Chatswood, highly enough for her professionalism, knowledge and customer service.
  I’m old enough to have been dealing with many staffs from many banks, and I can confidently say that Anabelle has exceeded them all. She genuinely cares for her customers and extremely helpful. She goes out of her way to assist my husband and myself since the day we met her 4 years ago. And her service to us has always been consistent if not better. Westpac Bank Chatswood is so lucky to have a staff like Anabella. Thank you Anabella

  Idk why it’s got low reviews prolly just inconsiderate people, greeted by staff wait time no longer than 5mins an hour before closing, over the road told us it would take 40mins to open a card account, took 15 minutes here. Amazing service and lovely staff. Recommend
