  I booked in for a quick wax with Diane after another beauty clinic double booked me. I had lower leg, underarm and lip. Diane is a nice lady but unfortunately the service was extremely poor.
  The leg wax was fine, though several hairs missed. The underarm wax was the most painful I have ever had in my entire life - there are still hairs that are visible and I left bleeding (which is not normal and I know this as I must have had over 100 underarm waxes in my time). Finally I had lip done which she did in two seconds, left wax stuck to my lip, and left hair! I have light blonde body hair which is normally very easy for beauty therapists to remove.
  Really unhappy, but didn't have time to have it fixed as I had a hair appointment to run to, plus didn't want to have to endure more waxing :( it was really bad.
  she didn't leave when I was removing my pants which I find very odd. She also tore off one single sheet of cloth to cover the table which I find hard to believe is hygienic.
  Really really disappointed. this cost me $59 and was the worst wax I ever had. Perhaps they are good at other services but waxing is terrible. Won't be back.
