    Filled in all the necessary forms and showed documentation to apply for an extra credit card.
    Still waiting for the credit card to arrive. Called the business manager and found out that the application form wasn’t processed.
    I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    If I can submit zero or negative score , I will. I am waiting for an hour, and ppl working here just kick around. I asked who serve me, and everyone just refer another person just because I refinance from nab to another bank. No longer their client.

    I refinance from nab to another bank, settlement already done. So which means I already paid out all the figures, but 4 days after settlement, I received a letter stating that I have a outstanding amount. I am quite confuse that the figure I paid out, isn’t it include all figures I owe nab? Where this figure come from. But more ridiculous is, the nab banker ask me , I should go to ask the bank I refinance to. Totally confused, nab charge me for unknown amount, but ask me to ask new bank. Seriously?????!!!!!

    Although the service has been friendly, the opening hours are very restrictive to 9-5 workers pkus no weekend hours any more.
