Today I visit this shop again and the waiter and waitress are changed. The price is raised up too. So I was surprised about the amount when I was about to pay. The lady was really inpatient to answer my questions. And when I asked for a receipt, the guy was really rude to yell at me "you don't trust us!" I said I didn't mean that I just need the receipt and see how much it is. He kept yelling me that we had told you five times! I was really disappoint about the service which I got today. It ruined my day...
I knew it's hard time for everyone at this moment, but it's really upsetting to be treated like this in a shop which I used to like a lot and almost visited every day.
I hope the people in your shop can be trained properly and the other customers won't get the similar experience which I had today!
