I went there to get a check since i caught the flu and the symptoms were not getting any better but worsening.
I got a consultation with a doctor who briefly asked me what was wrong:
I was coughing a lot (like a LOT), especially at night and felt like i could barely breathe, out of breath.
The doctor used his stethoscope briefly and told me: "You're all good! Just need to lie down, get some rest and if you can, put some hot water in the sink and breathe from the sink. I will just give you some light antibiotics.".
The following night i woke up choking and had a panic attack, but it stabilised. Second night i felt like i was going to die and headed to the hospital: They examined me (also stethoscope), did a chest X-ray and kept me for 4.5 days. The hospital doctor told me he freaked out when he saw it, and that he could tell i was in a serious condition. Turns out i had a severe case of pneumonia... antibiotics/Oxygen treatment etc...
People: ALWAYS get a second check if you feel like something isn't right.
I don't expect all doctors to magically cure everything, but obviously i had trouble breathing and had continuous fever for more than 12 days.
Feel like many doctors i have seen in this med centre or some other ones just do not take things seriously. - Megan Officer Added December 05, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Only see Dr Chehelnabi! She is fantastic our whole family see her, and we've used her since 2010.
Go early she starts at 8. Only losing a star as the wait can be long if you don't get there early.
