  Migration Downunder has been my agent since 2016. They’ve helped me through several visa applications and they have always been professional and easy to work with. Most recently Alice and the team worked on my 309 application which was just granted! I would recommend (and have already done so) to anyone needing migration services.   Hi Everyone, I had a wonderful experience working with Migration Downunder. Whatever and Whenever you need any guidance/assistance they are always there for you. Quick response and communication at its best. They will guide you through the whole process and prepare you accordingly. Very knowledgeable and caring team both personally and professionally. They give detailed attention to all the paperwork and documentation at every stage of the process and make sure you are fulfilling all the requirements. The whole team is so supportive and co.operative that you feel confident to have them with you.
  A big thanks to Erin, Julie and the whole team who worked with us and got us through our case successfully!!

  Louise Bartok has been helping guide me through the visa process since I arrived in Australia from the UK.
  I feel that she was superb!
  3 highlights which I really appreciated were:
  (i) she gave very clear answers to questions
  (ii) she replied very promptly - there was never an instance where I had to chase, which was such a pleasure
  (iii) she helped with all of the ancillary stuff such as bridging visas when we were travelling overseas: and this was all included in the fee (other than Aussie govt fees of course).

  I had some unusual visa situation when lots of other agents advised me that I have no chances to receive a visa. I decided to trust google review and speak to Migration Downunder as my last chance. And finally after lots of work been done by very nice and professional agent Alice Wang I received a Visa Grant Notice!!! I’m so happy now!!!

  If you're anything like me and you're practically illiterate regarding official documents, Migration Downunder is an absolute lifesaver. These dedicated and hardworking people have been an immense help to me and my long distance partner. They have been SO patient with us and our situation, and were always answering our questions no matter how big/small or even how often. I've just been granted my visa and I couldn't be more grateful. Louise worked with our case and she was absolutely lovely to us! I highly recommend Migration Downunder!

  Julie, Erin and the team were so efficient in handling our Permanent Residency application, taking the stress out of a normally stressful procedure. They were always prompt to respond to any queries we had throughout the process. From day one of the application, after meeting face to face, we were always kept informed of every necessary step that needed to be taken. They even went out of their way to investigate options in light of any change of circumstances.
  The process was handled smoothly and I can now happily say that we are now residents of Australia - and Migration Downunder had so much to do with making that happen.
  
  Don't hesitate in making a decision to choose them!

  5 Star Service!! Julie and Erin were incredible in handling my partner visa. They answered all my questions quickly and clearly and always verified the information with official documents / direct links to the immigration website. Before we chose Migration Downunder, we spoke to 4 other agencies and they all told us completely different things so we had no idea where we stood on what my working rights were, how long my visa would take to process, whether I could leave and re-enter the country etc. and I didn't know who or what to believe. When I spoke to Julie the first time on the phone she followed up our conversation with an email confirming our discussion and sending me all the relevant documents to back up what she told me. I knew straight away that she was different from the rest! Both Julie and Erin helped me at every step of the way, not only professionally, but also on a personal level. Julie in particular was incredibly supportive on an emotional level. It was such a long and stressful process and there were a few tearful phone calls when it all got too much for me, but Julie went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a migration agent. I can't recommend her, or Migration Downunder highly enough!
