- Mark Santos Added January 14, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The products is good, i have a couple style of Nudie jeans but the staff in Galleries in Sydney was so Rude and intimidating and insulting !!
The staff was Asian guy, he was so grumpy and not even smiling to the customers coming in the store!!
I don’t know what he is Problem!!!
I was asking something and he said” If you know what are you looking for, then I can’t help you!!!”
What a customer service!!! - M D Added January 05, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★So I went in here yesterday- not only were the jeans great but I was blown away by the customer service. The shop assistant, a super nice young guy served me, he was he’ll bent on me getting the perfect size, went above and beyond. To be honest that’s why I bought 2 pairs- no pushy, clearly passionate about customer experience. Great work ❤️

- Andrew Scott Added January 01, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was initially really keen on Nudie with the free repairs, and their embrace of reuse / repair culture. However it seems it was more of a marketing ploy. The wait time for jeans repairs is now over 5 weeks (!) even for minor fixes. This makes it pretty inconvenient and functionally useless for most. A real shame as they used to be great!
