    We had a great experience with Lexus Chatswood especially our sales agent Calvin. He is extremely helpful and accommodating. He took the time to explain everything I need to know about the car. Highly recommend Calvin Lai from this company.

    A mix of good and bad with Lexus of Chatswood Servicing. The good: They were able to quickly replace my front headlight globe at very short notice. The bad: They shamelessly charged $450 for the (5 minute) service, then informed me of the credit card surcharge upon payment

    Poor Customer Service. Do yourself a favour and avoid buying car at Lexus of Chatswood

    We purchased our Lexus IS300 model on the 6th November 2021. At the time of purchasing it, the sales representative, Robert Adams was very friendly and promised to deliver the car to us in the perfect condition as specified in contract. We paid for the deposit under the assumption that they will deliver on what they promise. First him and the Business Manager Tommy Wang advised the car would be ready mid-week. We waited and nothing happened. Then we caught up with Robert and then was advised the car would be ready on the weekend. We were very excited, but to our disappointment, after a week we still didn't get the car. Long story short, we ended up waiting two weeks before we were able to pick it up. We picked the car up under the impression that everything in the contract was fixed. However, after having driven the car only TWICE, we were shocked to find that the scratched rear bumper and rear wheel passenger side wasn't fixed as promised. What's even more disappointing is we discovered that the front bottom of the car was badly damaged to the point where you can see through to the metal - through the clearcoat, paint and primer (which they failed inform us at all of this problem)

    When we called them to discuss about the remedy options and if we can work something out such as partial refund as compensation for the defect and for the fact that they failed to inform us about the bottom scratched paint problems, we were told that "IT IS A USED CAR AND WE CANT EXPECT THE CAR TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION". and that "IT'S NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX THE CAR and that "OUR REFUND REQUEST TO THEM IS A STRAIGHT NO". The only offer that was given to us is for us to drive 90 mins back to their store and leave the car there for them to fixed.

    It is obvious they just want to take your money, meet their sales target with all their predatory sales tactics, they don't care about customer experience at all

    The after sales level customer service was not there. This is the worst customer service experience I ever have. For a brand like Lexus, this is just disappointing .

    Cameron and Sam looked after me from the get-go. Cameron put my mind at ease in terms of the repairs required and Sam kept me posted twice a week until the repairs were completed. The quality of the work was First-Class, I got Lexi back all shiny and new again. Lexus insurance was exemplary and took care of the hire car so that I remained mobile. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend Lexus of Chatswood for best in class service and care! Adrian

    As the owner of an older but much loved Lexus IS230C I should probably take it to an independent garage for service. However as mentioned, the car is loved and as such I only want trained technicians, original and authentic parts so that long life and reliability are optimised.
    Is this an expensive choice? Maybe, but if value is measured by professional and courteous service with skilled people delivering at least what you expect it’s worth it. We’ll done Lexus of Chatswood, I’ll see you next year (when it’s next due for attention)

    Excellent experience for purchase and delivery. Nicholas was easy to discuss our purchase with - no backwards and forwards about pricing; all the other team members from reception desk to loan car was seamless and welcoming; Patrick was most helpful in going through the car buttons and display and set up etc so I didn’t have to deal with the manual books! Thank you all.
