She is so friendly, kind and did such an amazing job shortening a maxi skirt into a midi skirt for me. She took the time to show me different lengths that would work with how the buttons were arranged, and was so sweet in returning to me the button she took off and sewing it onto the inside of the skirt as a spare button. She is very talented and knowledgeable at what she does, couldn't recommend her enough! Highest quality of work and she is my go-to for alterations now. Very reasonable prices too, and Natty is great at explaining how she calculates the price in the quote before starting work.

Extremely friendly service and everything was explained well before and after. The price was very reasonable with an explanation of how it was calculated and quoted before any work was done.
