  We had the pleasure of buying a pre-owned vehicle from Chatswood Toyota. Excellent experience from start to finish - didn’t feel like a used car dealership at all! Honest and helpful. Standout customer service, including aftersales. We felt valued and comfortable throughout the process and all those we engaged with were responsive, respectful and easy to communicate with. Never once felt like we were being pushed or oversold. They really focussed on the little details, from sorting all transfer papers to providing reliable timeframes, a top class vehicle detailing, full tank of petrol and genuine advice and care. Particular thank you to Alex, but also all those we met more briefly, working hard to give us a great experience. We’ll be back I’m sure!

  I went here with a friend for a test drive on the brand new Toyota GR86. Staff was pleasant to deal with and was very accommodating to our requests and questions we had.

  Tremendous Team, Great Location and Brilliant New Car! Thank you everyone at Chatswood Toyota from Top Management to all Sales Staff and Service Team who looked after us like VIPs. The Hybrid was a big upgrade for us but it is exactly what our business needs and it is well worth the investment and waiting time. We highly recommend Chatswood Toyota to all businesses, friends and family as they have all the experience and wide range needed to look after any vehicle requirements.

  Myself & my family have brought two Prado Kakadu and two LC300 Sahara from Andy who considered as the best salesman I ever deal with, although we have been waiting over 7 months to picked up our Prado and going to be continued waiting over 12 moths (hope doesn't take that long) for the new LC300 Sahara.
  During the process of finance our second Prado, there are some issues occured which quite normal but the business manager Eddy has jumped in resolved the issues super quick and even delivery the parperworks to my sisters house in person, he showed us his profession and passion about his business which earned huge respect from us!
  Strongly recommend buy any vehicles from Andy & Finance through Eddy and his team in Chatswood Toyota!
  You will not regreted!

  The people here know what service means. They are good at what they do and I think they go out of their way to satisfy the customers. Service does not stop after they sold you the car. Impressive. Thank you to Ricky, Andre and most especially to Alex for making it such an easy experience to buy my 1st car. Please keep it up guys, you are doing a great job!
